On line check in is really nice. Wait time was zero after checking in on line. Haircut was good, but I don’t require much. Neck shave was not with a razor and shaving cream, rather with clippers and an electric razor. It hurts 4 hours later. I was charged for a shoulder and neck massage that I had to ask for after seeing that I was charged for it. Got a little attitude over that and a 10 second massage with a hand held vibrating massage thing. Awful!! Overall, a good place to go to get an emergency haircut, but not a place to make a habit out of.
